With influences ranging from 80s pop to Bossa Nova, Omorno creates a multi-layered shimmering soundscape. The song structure is simple, allowing more room for the acoustic, electric and percussion instruments and vocals to roam and blend. Originally the solo studio work of Chicago band Bric-a-Brac member Mike Armstrong, the group has now expanded into a live 5-piece band with 3 other BaBers.
